In Birdsboro-Gibraltar, Christine's Creekside Inn has a long and interesting history. What is now the restaurant's building was known at various times for being a grist mill, a knitting mill, a speakeasy and a fine dining establishment. Open for lunch and dinner, Christine's Creekside Inn also serves private groups such as wedding receptions, reunions, holiday parties and other special occasions. The original Vickers Tavern has been completely renovated, and the White Dog Cafe has preserved the building's history while adding chic farmhouse aesthetics and dog-themed decor.
