Joule, the first restaurant from celebrated husband and wife cooking team Rachel Yang and Seif Chirchi, is re-located in October, 2012 to the innovative, newly developed the Fremont Collective in Seattle’s Wallingford/Fremont neighborhood. From its original opening in 2007, Joule has cultivated a loyal dining fan base and captured the attention of an admiring local and national media captivated by the couple’s unique, modern perspective on Korean cuisine.     Breakfast Saturday morning with friends was excellent. Service was very good, food was excellent. We could easily chat. Would definitely come back and would like to try dinner. Made a reservation day before and only 2 spots left so keep that in mind.

    We were lucky to be sat at a great table to enjoy the trapeze show which is fun to see and a different dining experience. The ambience was warm and festive. Our server was lovely. She was friendly and helpful. The food was next level good. Our party enjoyed the lasagna, clam linguine, agnolotti and rigatoni with meatballs. All delicious. For dessert we had the sticky toffee pudding and the cake with pistachios. Also both delicious. Definitely recommend getting a reservation if you can!

    Awesome happy hour choices and delicious tamales and nachos. Loved the margarita hot toddy - who knew? Service was perfect- we stayed and talked for quite a long time. Thank you very much.
