Delicious dinner in a historic setting. Our server made the experience especially fantastic!

Called to change our reservation for an hour earlier from our original reservation - they were accommodating - food was great( onion soup on point) , A “must get” Their chocolate cake was one of the best we ever had. I left my purse in the restaurant, manager called me right away and I went back to get it. All the contents , credit cards and large amount of cash were still in my purse- Very honest staff. Will definitely come back.

The food was great and the wait staff were very attentive. The view of the lake made it a perfect setting.

We had a graduation celebration for my son. The service was amazing and so was the food. Very crowded because of other celebrations but the restaurant handled it very well. Extremely happy with our experience.

To be clear, I’m a big fan of the Bedford Springs resort, but the upscale dining options there have always felt…underwhelming. I dined on a Saturday night in the Crystal Room. I like the way the Crystal room presents, with simple, but classic decor right in the heart of the hotel. But the menu is very conservative and rather limited, and quite expensive, so it can’t help but be a little disappointing. My partner had the salmon and I had the pork medallions: both were good, solid, well prepared, and flavorful. Our server was very nice, attentive and charming. Our food came out in a very timely fashion. I’ll dine there again I’m sure, and my guess is that when I do I will again wish the prices matched the overall experience a bit better.
