This is a fine dining experience. The crab cakes are huge and 100% REAL crab. I got the filet mignon for my entree and it was cooked to perfection. Everything on the menu is a la carte so it can get a little pricey but that’s the only thing I can think of that might dissuade me from returning. Dinner rolls are light as air and brushed with honey. Cocktails were spot on.

Food was cooked to perfection! Drinks were delicious. Very nice meal!

The food was outstanding. The service was great. It is a cozy place with not much room between tables. It was a bit pricey for the amount of food received. That being said, we did fill up and have leftovers. It was a place we'd like to go back to, when they hopefully have their outdoor seating with warmer weather. Lastly, make a reservation. Watched no less than 10 people get told they were fully booked for the night while we were only there for an hour and a half.

Would highly recommend the Black Dog Bar and Grille, the service was excellent, our waitress was prompt and personable, our dinners were excellent and reasonably priced. We will definitely eat there again.
