Restaurants near Friends Hospital

Food: very good, with the only very minor glitch IMO being that the habanero sauce not being spicy (& actually none we tried were). The ribeye in my fajitas was excellent with a very smoky outer layer, and my wife liked her octopus (& now learned that not all Mexican restaurants are just places with tacos, burritos, etc.) Service: good. Only one waitperson and she quickly covered all tables well. Ambience: noise level ok, but it wasn’t crowded. I suspect it could be a lot noisier on more busy nights like weekends.

Decided to take the promotional offer they had and glad I did. I took my family of 5 including children to try their first omakase experience. My 7 & 9 year old devoured every piece that was given to them. They both ate it up with pure delight! We had great conversations with the leading chef and enjoyed our time and experience. Great food, great ambience and great service! 5 stars from us!

Very inventive cuisine. We absolutely loved it! Not inexpensive but perfect for a special occasion
