The Carte Blanche Team is passionate about combining fresh ingredients to create a local cuisine for the Hamburg NY area. We are dedicated to creating an atmosphere that is both friendly and inviting for our local residents and visitors.During this time we must follow all CDC guidelines regarding masks. Guests must arrive promptly for their reservation wearing a mask. When moving throughout our space we require you to be wearing face covering correctly. Guests who arrive without masks will not be allowed to enter. Please understand that we are trying to keep our staff, their families and you safe during this time.     We had a lovely time celebrating our anniversary at Rizzo’s. All the staff was incredible, the food is some of the best we’ve eaten in a while and we’re already planning to come back soon! Highly reccommend the mozzarella sticks, penne alla vodka, chicken parm, Italian wedding soup and cannoli. Everything else we saw come out of the kitchen looked and smelled incredible as well.

    We enjoyed everything- even the rolls snd butter (a square of butter in herb flavored olive oil) was delicious. Our server took good care of us and it was a busy night. I had the salmon special and it melted in my mouth. My husband had seafood - each piece cooked perfectly. The French onion soup was really good. It was our first time but not our last meal at Mason Grille 52.
