Bianca was amazing and made our experience a great one. My wife has a shellfish allergy and they were extremely considerate and reassuring. We started with a delicious take on the traditional wedge. Amazing blue cheese. The swordfish oreganata and grouper piccata were both outstanding. There’s a reason this is the top rated restaurant at Pensacola Beach! 5*!

George's is a spoiler. Once you've tried d it you will know why. All staff works hard to accommodate customers. First the food changes enough regularly so we can try new food as we like. Mostly the staff goes out of their way to accommodate customers. All are personable and show interest in the customer. Just try George's. You'll love it.

As always I loved the food and service. This was the first time trying the 'First Dibs' menu, and I highly recommend anyone getting this. It's offered from 4:30-5:30 pm, 3 course sharable meal, with optional wine pairing. We got a seasonal appetizer and the Elk Rack as a second main dish, absolutely amazing. Might make this a monthly reoccurrence.

One of our favorite restaurants in Pensacola to dine. This evening did not disappoint. We were seated at a bar high top as requested. Server was quick to take our drink order. Excellent Woodford old fashion and very entertaining to watch the amazing mixologists prepare drinks. Korean wing appetizer is delicious but a bit messy. Hangar steak was yummy as were the scallops either risotto. Short rib was also a winning entree. Portions are generous and sides are always very tasty!!
