Restaurants near Forest Glen Park

Sitting at the communal table is always a wild card. In this case, the other five diners were quiet and didn't really interact with us. The same gamble applies to the chef assignment. Nick did a good job (considering there was a strange dietary restriction that completely changed the way he seasoned the food) but he was pretty low key, didn't talk much or interact with us. The two chefs at the closest tables were both more gregarious. The food is basically $50 per person. It was delicious but my chicken was prepared at the end because the chef "miscalculated" at gave all the meat to the others.

Excellent brunch, great service from the host and waiter.

We loved the look and customer service for our dinner. Everything was excellent except for the carne asada came out cool. Next time we'll order fajitas since we know those come out hot. The smoothies were great and everything else was very good!

Mingo has excellent food, creative seasonal takes on menu items and a fine largely italian wine list. Servers are all experienced and know their menu with good recommendations. Very nice experience

Service was excellent as was the 22 oz cowboy steak. Best steak I have had eating out in a long time. Superb cut of rib-eye, cooked and seasoned perfectly. My wife had the stuffed salmon which she said was delicious. We will be going back!
