Had an incredible experience here, beautiful atmosphere, great music, fantastic food and fantastic service. Jose was the one to tend to us, he was very attentive and made sure we were taken care of at all times. He would check in with every course and ensure we were having a great experience. The calamari was nice and crispy with an interesting sauce, the steak cooked to perfection with a delicious hollandaise chimichurri dipping sauce the bread was served with a fun twist, and our butter was a candle. Caesar salad was probably one of the best I’ve ever had with soft delicate, shredded Parmesan and fried capers. Truly a wonderful experience 10 out of 10 we will be back 

Meal was excellent. Service by Alejandro was impeccable. Pretty noisy though on Valentine’s Day. Would return on a non holiday.

We had an amazing dinner. The steak was cooked perfectly with delicious roasted potatoes. The flavor was delicious. The chicken parm and pasta were so good. The flavor was outstanding. We finished the meal with tiramisu. We can’t wait to go back!

My experience at the Melting Pot (Cooper City) was really good. I go every year to celebrate by birthday and and every year when i visit my server is always very nice and checks on me and my table every so often to check if we need anything which i liked. For my last visit my server was Blake C. Blake was very nice and was open to answering any questions we had about the menu and again like every visit checked on myself and my party every so often with a nice and caring attitude which overall made my visit and my birthday very enjoyable. Towards the end of my visit an employee also came around to give me a card that said "Happy Birthday from the Melting Pot" on it which was a very nice and special thing they did for me while i was there for my birthday! It was really appreciated! One small aspect that I wish would change is pricing, i felt that pricing was a little high for the small portion size of main course entrees we received while we were there. Overall everything else was very good! Thanks Melting Pot until next year!

I cannot say enough good things about this experience. The waiter Nicolay was outstanding, knowledgeable and quite accommodating. Started with a Caesar salad that easily could have fed two, asked for anchovies and was amazed at the amount for a three dollar up charge. The do a separate menu of 7 specials and 3 appetizers which change on a weekly basis. I tried the Black Sea bass over garlic spinach which was a nice portion and perfectly prepared. My girlfriend had the frutti de mare over linguini which was another winner. We ended up with chocolate salami log for desert. On Mondays they do a half off bottles of wine special which only added to my satisfaction. I don’t know how it is on weekends but I highly recommend trying it on a Monday night.
