The restaurant pays homage to our founder, Louis Fauchere, who began working as a master chef at Delmonico's in New York City in 1848.     We love Cellaio and go when we can. It’s our go to celebratory destination. The food is always delicious, the staff is wonderful, and the atmosphere is divine. We enjoy so many of the menu items…this time it was a salmon dinner and a superb steak. Our waiter was Tim. We’ve met him before, so it was lovely to see him again. He is attentive, polite, efficient, and funny!! Great experience this time, and everytime.

    The head server was wonderful, and the assistants were all very attentive, even during a busy Valentine’s Day. The Grilled Lamb Chop special and French Kiss cocktails were outstanding!! Love the Prix Fixe selection too! The dinner breads were warm and the whipped butter delicious. Every last detail is elegant, down to even the lovely steak knives.

    A much better grade of food and ambiance, but now seeing people in baseball caps and torn jeans & sweatshirts is bring down the level of this higher end establishment. Please dress more respectful to this place.

    I hadn't been to Red Lobster in awhile. However, I was treating my friend for Mother's Day and was not disappointed as the food and service and price was excellent. We both enjoyed a delicious dinner and I would not hesitate to go there again. Thanks Red Lobster for making our visit a great one!
