Restaurants near Fairchilds Golf Course

I rarely give five stars, and when I do it's usually for a grand dining experience that Michelin rates three stars. But our lunch at Spencer's yesterday with a dear out-of-town friend hit a ball of simple pleasures out of the park. The setting is iconic Palm Springs, so beautiful, comfortable and soothing. Our lunch of some of the best split pea soup I've ever had and salmon over a tastily dressed salad (we all had the same thing) that was perfectly cooked to our medium rare request was thoroughly enjoyable. The bottle of albarino that accompanied the food was one of the cheapest on the wine list (a great value), and simply delicious. Service is warm and there when you want it. All in, the experience was just about perfect. Kudos to Spencer's!

We had such a lovely Christmas dinner experience! The food was lovely- we had the shareables pupu platter, southern fried chicken, the salmon, and the beet salad- finished off with the baked alaska..which was a beautiful experience! The ambiance was so Palm Springs- and the cost was a little over the top but worth it in the end;)

Had a lovely Christmas lunch at Lulu California Bistro. There was lots to choose from on the fixed menu, including vegetarian choices, and the food was excellent. From the appetizer to the dessert, we couldn’t have asked for a better meal! My polenta and cauliflower steaks were delicious and generous and my friend’s prime rib was cooked perfectly and he said that it was the best he’s had in a long while. Lulu was a great choice!

Great food and service. Chef Susan is there to check on all the tables to make sure the customers are enjoying. NY strip steak absolutely the best; branzino fabulous, pork shoulder very tasty but a little fatty. Must get the cheddar biscuits. Just a fun place with a pleasant vibe.
