Abruzzo Italian Kitchen opened in December 2017. As is the Italian tradition, our focus is on the quality of our ingredients and simplicity of preparation. We cook by hand, from scratch, including all of our fresh pastas and wood fired pizzas. In addition to the Italian staples, we offer an extensive shared plates selection, grilled steaks, fresh seafood, and a small but decadent dessert list, all prepared in-house and served alongside an Italian-focused cocktail program and an Italian-centric wine list.     We did not take pictures of our food to share here, but we know this for sure; the chef and the sous chef definitely know how to cook fish. We have had king salmon dishes, as well as Chilean, Seabass, that are two of the best fish dishes we’ve had anywhere around the globe. So I would highly recommend the fish and the woodfired grilled pizzas are awesome as well. Actually the entire menu is very well done so give it a try.

    Absolutely excellent! This restaurant and their staff go above and beyond to make dinner amazing. Food is excellent, fresh, unique and cooked to perfection. The Belton Chalet Dining Room is our FAVORITE in the State of Montana. If you dont stop here, you are truly missing out.
