- RRajvipAustin •1 review5.0Dined 2 days agoJust spectacular, top to bottom. Anything and everything we ordered was just outstanding--from the schnitzel (we had 2 Germans in the group, so, that's saying something) and steak to the red snapper, octopus and chocolate ice-cream. They didn't put a foot wrong. The ambience--just the layout, decor and lighting--were very nice too, esp. if you are on on a date or with friends and want to have a conversation.More infoJosephine HousePrice: Expensive• American• Central Austin•4.8

Food was excellent as always, Garrett was a terrific server and the environment was great for our group to celebrate. - NNicolevipSan Francisco Bay Area •5 reviews5.0Dined 6 days agoI rarely take the time to write reviews but this one really deserves it. We hail from San Francisco so we weren't expecting much from an Italian restaurant in Austin. We were blown away. We ordered the snapper and special pasta (chicken filled ravioli.) The snapper was cooked on their plancha and retained it's moistness. The pasta is on the top five list of pastas I have ever had in my life. I think they must have used smoked chicken from their wood burning grill. We weren't in the mood for beef, but wish we were as everything that was coming off that grill looked over the top good. We were fortunate enough to be sat at the kitchen counter (or they accidentally gave away our table for 2 and had to seat us there) so we had a front row seat to the magic that was coming out of the kitchen. This is kind of a nerdy comment, but the expediter gets an A+. They had a very large party upstairs (like 8 family style dishes at a time) and some how he was able to get all the other food out in a timely manner.More infoRed Ash ItaliaPrice: Very Expensive• Italian• Downtown•4.9
- JjeffreyvipLos Angeles •50 reviews5.0Dined on 5 Dec 2024A superb meal . Special shout out to server Gabby: she has brought her skills and keen understanding to Austin ! Truly a professional with a decisive but appropriately relaxed style: make sure you ask for her. The calamari appetizer is simply sui generis. The lobster buccatini: world class. Caramel crème dessert? Otherwordly. Our guests, who had never been here before adored every aspect of the night. Thank you all, again.More infoPerla's Seafood and Oyster BarPrice: Expensive• Seafood• Downtown•4.8
