One of the very best meals I have ever had. Donnie was our server and was fantastic; helpful, humorous, and unobtrusive.

Our experience dining at  Ruth Chris is always a wonderful one. Upon arriving, we were greeted and seated by the friendly hostess. I had asked for a corner table by the window, so we could see the fabulous view of the bridge at night. Of course Ruth Chris accommodated us! Our waiter was amazing. He answered all our questions and went above and beyond for us. The young woman who helped serve at our table was also amazing. Both of them went above and beyond for us. The manager paid us a visit twice to ask if we needed anything. When our dinner arrived, our steak was cooked perfectly. The staff really made my husband‘s birthday a special one. Reasons like this are why we continue to dine at Ruth Chris several times a year. We enjoy it so much!

First time at the restaurant and it was great. We went to the nutcracker after dinner and the dinner set the night up perfectly. The food is outstanding and the wait staff was excellent. I believe her name is Liz, I apologize if that is incorrect but she was great and was considerate of our time needing to get to the show. Thanks to the whole crew.

We were in a rush and the server expedited our food delivery. She was so pleasant and dedicated to making our experience delightful

The food was Great atmosphere was fantastic but the only problem is it was a little bit slow on the food being served other than that. It was a great experience and I recommended to anybody in the Jacksonville area.
