It was our first time in Casa Santo Stefano. The atmosphere was good, service great and the food was outstanding. Definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to eat in one of the best Italian food places in Tampa. To me is #1

Beautiful restaurant with an interesting history. Excellent menu and the food was fantastic! Had the 1/2 salad and cup of soup lunch. Choose the black bean soup served over rice. Delicious! After we ate we asked about the restaurant history and the assistant manager gave us a wonderful tour. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

The server was great. The food was mediocre. The French onion soup was watery and lacked flavor. The Nashville Hot smash burger was good, but I wouldn't say it was smashed...more like a regular burger. Fries were not fresh.mmprobably sitting around for a bit. The dessert was bad. How do you serve a warm cookie skillet dessert cold? It was hard as a rock and not even warm. We sent it back and left. Doubt we will be back here again!

Clean, sheek restaurant with friendly staff. First visit here. Thought it would be more of Mediterranean type food. Food service was fast and very tasty that we chose in limited menu ( which we like ). I had GF flank steak while my husband had the wagu steak and we shared sides of potatoes and carrots. It’s a la cart. A little pricey, but do recommend this place.

Great first visit! Ambience was chill, unpretentious. Friendly welcome at the door and upon exiting. Settings at the table were clean, uncluttered, simple, yet fashionable. Our server was very responsive, answered all our questions, made good recommendations. Portions for the price favor quality not quantity, flavor and unique presentation. Highly recommend the Vindaloo Pappardelle!
