Had a great experience the service was excellent. Everybody was kind. First time there would definitely be going back went for my husband‘s birthday. The ambience was nice and casual. We had such a great time. I ended up giving a 35% tip and would do it all over again.

Great Restaurant and food. Our first server was nice but the second one seemed not well.

First time to Hickory Ranch and this is Thanksgiving. The staff were well organized, polite, and efficient. Food quality was very good although the baked potato casserole didn't taste authentic. Overall, a fantastic experience and we'll be back!

We were greeted for our reservation with a smile. Our waiter Enrique engaged with us shortly after we were seated and frequently throughout our meal. Busser Jose spent time talking with us and told us about his favorites on the menu. GM Gerardo stopped by to chat and then thanked us at the end of the meal. Chef Jerome shared his experiences and a little about his vision for the menu. Service was prompt and the food & beverages were delicious.

Nice, quiet dinner. Steaks were cooked perfectly and drinks were great. Server was attentive and food came out quickly. Great night.
