Enter through the silver door on Miles Avenue to the right of Indio Taphouse. Due to our limited capacity, reservations are required for dinner service. POM is Fantasy Springs Resort Casino's answer to casino cafes. POM features breakfast, lunch and dinner in an atmosphere that's light, airy and modern. Reviewers on Yelp.com give POM 4&1/2 stars out of 5 and for good reason. The food here is of top quality. Chef Freddy Rieger even gets herbs used for cooking and garnish from the garden just outside the restaurant's French doors. The food is inventive yet hearty and the service is friendly and attentive.     Elegant restaurant with great food. I traveled 30 minutes to have dinner. One error was made by the waitress (wrong protein). The waitress admitted it was her mistake and quickly apologized and had the chef remake with the correct protein I had ordered. I will definitely return for another fine dining experience.

    We love the environment at Jackalope! For our meat eating friends the food was terrific. Sadly, they had removed the vegi Pattie option from the menu and my wife could only eat a salad. It was great but no Protein. The GM assured me it was coming back but double check before you go if that’s important to you. Saturday night had a live band and while they were great, it was a bit too loud for conversation and our server almost got our drink order wrong as he couldn’t hear us either!! On a warmer night opt for the patio which is lovely!! We are so happy this fun spot is again.

    Great Bar, Great food, definitely a "Hot Spot" we will be returning to. Very loud though, really nothing they can do about it. If you're looking for a quiet conversation you'll have to go outside.
