Restaurants near Deer Creek State Park

I had the scallops over butternut squash purée with kale/cranberry blend atop. It was tastefully presented and delicious. Another had the salmon with vegetable of the day (green beans) also delicious. Heavier dishes were the blackened pasta with chicken, and the gnocchi with steak, which the men could not finish. Nice cocktail selection though we didn’t try. Only suggestion is to add something to the plate for the salmon. Seems a simple garnish or addition of starch as pure would balance out the plate in food and in presentation! Thank you

Went on a Friday after Christmas at 11:30 so the restaurant was very quiet. Food was very good and service was excellent. Had a very good time catching up with friends.

My son and I have had Christmas Eve dinners at Pairings for several years now. Tonight he practically inhaled the bistro steak (it looked so good!), and I thoroughly enjoyed the cider glazed chicken with risotto and Brussels sprouts. We love Pairings. The food is well prepared, and their delicious craft cocktails are a special treat! The servers are professional, and they care that you have the best possible experience.

Couldn’t have been better. Great, friendly and proficient waitress. No wait to be seated. Wonderful food and drink!! A special place for all occasions.

Waitstaff Dee was awesome. Chicken pot pie was good. The Manor Burger was not medium rare it was well done, so that was disappointing for an anniversary dinner. The complimentary champagne and cupcake was a nice touch.
