Vancouver Now Has Its Very-Own Georgian Restaurant!Dediko, owned by a mother-son team, serves the country’s famous stuffed breads and dumplings out of a cheery Evergreen Boulevard cafe. Dediko’s menu is stacked with the classics of that region, with a number of different khachapuri, soup-filled dumplings called khinkali, walnut-heavy vegetable dishes called phkali, and various grilled meats called mtsvadi. We were celebrating 3 family birthdays, and we had all driven hours to meet at Hudson’s Bar and Grill. Our server immediately joined in our festivity and literally made our experience extra beautiful and full of fun. The food was delicious, and we plan to meet at Hudson’s many times in the future. I went solo and it was my first time there. Such a comfortable experience! The staff were super nice and friendly, and the salmon was a 10/10. Also please make the Apple cider cocktail a yeah round thing, it was so good.

The food was great and the service was fantastic!! I have been anywhere recently with service as good as what we experienced. The restaurant was decorated very tastefully for the holidays and the ambiance was perfect. Highly recommend!
