The customer service alone was a 10/10! From the waitress, busmen, manager & bartenders everyone was kind. We came to celebrate my mother’s birthday & the staff made my family feel so special. Thank you all for your accommodations, friendliness & genuine concern. The food & drinks was also amazing. The food was hot & everyone’s order was correct. If you need to celebrate any occasion make sure you do it at Puerto Plata Seafood on the Water!

As always the food was delicious with a nicely varied menu. I love the atmosphere, chic casual. The service is efficient. They even have a great “young people’s “ menu for the kids. Grillfire is a favorite for us for lunch or dinner.

We've gone to the Nautilus Cafe many times. They recently changed their Tuesday prix fixed menu with new offerings. Food remains wonderful. Service is always attentive. Enjoyed ourselves yet again.

The place is a real vibe. Love everything about it.

We went during happy hour, which was awesome. Cocktails from the specialty menu were all three dollars off. Oysters are buy one for a dollar so we bought a dozen. Of course they were amazing. We also ordered from the early bird prefix menu, which I didn’t realize they had until we got there. I was able to get the linguine and clams, which were delicious. Plus a bowl of New England Clam chowder for a great price.
