Caesar & authentic dressing; truffle fries could have been a little crispier but appreciated all saucier work. Somm gave great info to us as guests and to the server presenting.     Had the date night meal for 2. Everything was cooked right and service was good. Placed was packed and seem overwhelming for the staff but they seemed to keep their heads straight and worked hard.
