January 5, 2025 Marco ALL DAY, best customer service! We recently dined at Shula Prime AZ and had the absolute pleasure of being served by Marco. Hands down, he provided the best customer service we've experienced in Arizona. His professionalism, attention to detail, and friendly approach turned a great meal into an unforgettable dining experience. We ordered the dry-aged ribeye, six scallops, and a bottle of Almaviva. Marco's recommendations were spot-on—the ribeye was cooked to perfection, full of rich flavor, and the scallops were tender, seared beautifully, and bursting with freshness. The Almaviva was an outstanding choice, perfectly pairing with the meal and elevating the experience even further. Marco’s ability to anticipate our needs, maintain perfect timing, and genuinely ensure we were enjoying every moment was unmatched. He was attentive without being overbearing, knowledgeable, and passionate about making our night special. Thank you, Marco, for setting the bar so high! The food was amazing. The ox tail pasta dish was my favorite, friends had the wagyu steaks, and we also ordered the scallops. Overall the service, the scenery , and food was top notch. Great work from the hostess desk, to the bar, to the service at the table.

We thoroughly enjoyed all of the food we had at Arrogant Butcher! The ambience was grown & romantic, service was amazing, and the food was from scratch and made fresh. As a bonus, our entrees were prepared quickly so our wait time was minimal.

We enjoyed our experience at Top of the Rock Restaurant at the Marriott Buttes Resort. The food was excellent. Our server Klajd was fantastic, friendly & attentive. We highly recommend dining here

A fantastic experience. Every course of our meal - cheese, salad, entree, and dessert - was excellent. Our server was friendly and always on top of things without being in the way. All of the staff were so friendly with the 19 month old in our party, making it a special night for him as well. All five of us thoroughly enjoyed our entire afternoon there.
