I recently enjoyed a delightful lunchtime meal with friends at The Nags Head, and it was an experience worth sharing. The pub exudes a warm and cosy charm, making it the perfect setting for a relaxed get-together. The menu was full of tempting options, but we opted for the rarebit and a hearty pie for our mains. Both dishes were absolutely delicious—comfort food at its finest. The Welsh rarebit was rich, cheesy, and perfectly seasoned, while the pie was a masterpiece, with a golden, flaky crust and a filling that was both flavorful and satisfying. The service was friendly and attentive, adding to the welcoming atmosphere of this lovely pub. It’s clear that great care goes into both the food and the overall experience. If you’re looking for a cosy spot with excellent food and a great ambiance, I highly recommend The Nags Head. I’ll certainly be back!

Firstly a thank you to Chef! All The food is absolutely delicious, but I want to mention a few dishes in particular. I had the mushroom bake for starter you got so much flavour into the dish it was delicious. The gluten free bread that you served alongside the dishes was the best my friend had tasted and the sauce on the pork was so rich and yummy ! Master chef here you come !! Next the service. Stunning food! Amazing options and it tasted amazing. Nothing was too much, and all staff were polite and friendly. Great atmosphere, lots of afternoon teas being made and enjoyed by all. Fab experiance.
