Ryan's Chef creates a tantalizing selection of appetizers such as jumbo lump crabmeat, steamed mussels in garlic butter and white wine, and oysters Rockefeller. Entrees range from thick, juicy steaks and prime rib to the finest grilled fresh fish and live Maine lobster. Choose from the menu or a superb selection of specials offered nightly. Add a cappuccino and a freshly made dessert to seal the dining experience. The restaurant has been locally owned and under the same management since 1981. Ryan's has been awarded the Wine Spectator's "Award of Excellence" and is often featured in national publications.     This was our first visit to Rooster’s and we were impressed by the food, the service and the varied menu. It’s comfortably nice casual, although I did see a few guys very casually dressed, but, hey, whatever… We will definitely return for lunch or dinner to try more on the menu. We had lunch - one fried oyster salad and one strip (grilled as ordered)with frites and a side of spinach.

    Our meal was incredible and our server was kind and knowledgable. We were seated in the glass enclosure outside the main house. Loved the Christmas decor. Noise level was fine until a group of about 8 entered and their voices carried. Overall the experience was fabulous and absolutely recommend Bernardin’s at the Zeverly House especially for a celebratory meal.

    The food was amazing amd the service was great! It was nice that the server acknowledged our Anniversary! I highly recommend this restaurant. My fiance and I will be visiting at least one a year for our Anniversary!

    They had a live jazz band in the dining room, which added to the ambiance. The smoked old fashioned is one of the best cocktails I’ve had. We will 100% be back
