Our Chef’s take inspiration from Billy Madison who drew a blue duck because he had never seen one before, and he wanted to see a blue duck! Well, since our chefs love classic Adam Sandler humor and innovative cooking, we thought that Bleu Duck was the perfect name to showcase our fun environment and staff as well as our unique and creative menu.     We went there to celebrate my husband's birthday! Overall a great experience. The sushi was very good! We also tried the signature truffle fries, you won't be disappointed!

    Excellent service. Delicious food. Wanted the bucatini but it doesn't come with meat and you can't add meat. Our server said it was delicious even without the meat and she was right! I didn't miss the meat at all. We also had the tuna tatare and it was so flavorful, light and delicious. My friend had the ragu and I tasted it. SO good! We shared the guava sorbet with mango and tajin for dessert. My mouth is watering thinking about it. We also each got a complimentary glass of wine for my birthday. Definitely recommend! Amazing place!

    The food is excellent and prices are amazingly inexpensive for whats served. Whats good? Everything I have eaten there. Walleye dishes include preperation other than deep fried. Choices like with wine and garlic sauce, and portions are large. For $23, it's amazing. Most places in Rochester charge 27 to $30 for deep fried. I have eaten there a number of times and it has always been fantastic.
