    Wow! Arrived in Sedona today and checked Yelp and OpenTable looking for a place for dinner. I’m so happy we ended up here. A truly unique culinary experience. We live in Napa and Sacramento and have a wide variety of restaurant options. Costa by Madrid was a refreshing departure from what we usually have. We started with cocktails. We had the Caipirinha and the Pisco Sour. Both excellent. For our meal we shared the Beef Tenderloin “Churasco Style” and the Garbanzo Beans and Spinach with Chorizo Espanol. The meat was cooked to perfection and it was accompanied by an amazing array of potatoes, crab, tomatoes and chimichuri. The flavors were incredible. The side of beans and spinach was hearty and delicious. The chorizo was not overpowering and complemented the main ingredients. For desert we shared the Brazilian Gitano. Delicious. Not to rich and complemented our meal. The staff were incredible. We were served by the hostess, server and bartender and each person was helpful and gracious. An amazing experience. When I’m back in Sedona I’ll be back here.

    What a stunning location. The food lived up to the view and we were served by the restaurant manager who, despite our changing thoughts about wine or food, was patient and fun. We greatly enjoyed our evening
