Very enjoyable dining experience. Our food was delicious and perfectly served.

We were very impressed with all the little complimentary extras Colletta included to make our birthday visit so special. They reached out ahead of time to ask about the hobbies/interests of the birthday person. They offered complimentary Prosecco and dessert in honor of him. They surprised him with a gift based on the hobbies I had responded to them. Every staff member we interacted with was friendly, polite, and they kept checking back to see if things were to our liking. The assistant general manager stopped by twice to see if we were enjoying our evening. The food was exceptional. Their lasagna bolognese takes three days to make and it is amazing! The osso bucco fell off the bone - perfectly tender. I would definitely recommend Colletta for a memorable place to celebrate.

We were celebrating my birthday. We are eligible for the senior menu offered until 6:00. The course offerings were diverse. I started with a Caesar salad, went on to a perfectly cooked filet mignon. It was served on a cast iron plate. That kept the steak appealing warm. My husband had a filet, too. He had buttery whipped potatoes. It was enough to share. He lived them. I found them a bit over peppered but pepper is not my favorite seasoning. The bread pudding dessert was large and scrumptious! Warm, with the largest pillows marshmallow I have ever seen! Kudos to Gabby,our server. The noise level in main dining area became loud as it filled up. We were in a side room which was quieter. Overall, a lovely experience

Whole wheat penne with chicken, chicken balsamico and eggplant rollatini were excellent. The desserts are outstanding! The best tiramisu I’ve ever had!! Service is friendly and attentive. Reservations are highly recommended.

I took my real estate team to lunch here for our annual holiday get together. The setting is GORGEOUS!!! When you dine here you feel like you're on vacation at a resort. Our server Darrell was just wonderful--attentive, kind and knowledgeable. The food was absolutely delicious! The wine by the bottle prices are a bit high....but I do not believe any higher than other competing restaurants. It would be icing on the cake if they had valet parking. I'm sure we will be back for another dining experience!!
