I think that out of all three Ambars in the DC Metro area, the food is the best here at the Capitol Hill location. It’s very tasty and savory.

The ambience was great and the food was magnificent. The waiter was very attentive and brought out samples of wine.

Outstanding!!! I celebrated my birthday here with friends and this was our first time dining here. We love the artistic vibes and the food was incredible. We all were blown away! Amazing service too…Brenda and others were so attentive and took great care with our allergies and dietary restrictions. Bravo, Bravo! I can’t wait to return!!💕

My husband and I make regular visits to Cooper Canyon in Glenarden, where we consistently enjoy the food, service, and atmosphere. We specifically want to praise our waitress, Stephanie, for providing exceptional service and ensuring our meal met our expectations. Despite past mistakes with our order, Stephanie ensured my husband's rainbow trout platter was cooked exactly to his preferences, with no seasonings or butter, and it was perfect. Such an aesthetically cool restaurant, yummy food (the broccoli dish was a surprise star of the night), and we had the most exceptional customer service. I don’t always take servers up on their recommendations; but every rec made was spot on. Enjoyed the food, great ambience and the best energy from our server. Thanks for a great night!
