Wow Montvale! The Fleming's era has arrived. I had an exceptional dining experience at Fleming's Steakhouse. The ambiance was elegant and inviting, and the staff was attentive and professional. The highlight was, of course, the food—every dish was cooked to perfection and bursting with flavor. Special thanks to our server, who went above and beyond to make our evening memorable. The food and taste was not to my liking.Am from the Caribbean so we prepare our foods alot different, i also like my meat medium well and the meat was well done so they were chewy to me and texture slightly hard/tough. Before i left the place i used the bathroom twice it could have been the mixed rice with stuff in it or black beans...i had to stop again before i get to the hotel...Not for me.

Awesome food, plenty of options to choose from. Beautiful atmosphere, and for Valentines Day, there was a saxophone player. Top notch service! A++++
