The apple pie salad is the best one they have throughout the year. Want a real treat? The Brussels sprouts side is the best you will find anywhere; it’s better than most Atlanta restaurants. Service is good to great but can be impacted by how busy the restaurant is at any given time. Definitely worth a trip. Factor in parking — which can be challenging — in your reservation time.

My wife and I celebrated our anniversary at Ray's On the River, and it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel special, with each person wishing us a happy anniversary. Tyler and Raul provided excellent table service - attentive, friendly, and professional. The atmosphere was elegant and romantic, with beautiful views of the river. The food was outstanding, with every dish expertly prepared and full of flavor. Overall, Ray's provided the perfect setting for our celebration, and we can't wait to return. Highly recommend for a special occasion.

The best experience we have had at this location since it started in Avalon. They brought me a Birthday dessert at no charge. Our waiter Made the evening the best! I think the waiters name was Matub ? He made us feel like we were the most special customers in the room! You need to clone him so all of your wait staff treats your customers so wonderful! Visited familiy in Rome. Our server, Mikayla, was awesome! Knowledgeable and attentive. The appetizers, salads, and entrees were delicious! Three of us had fish - trout, halibut, and grouper - excellent!!!! The Ahi Tuna Nachos and Duck prosciutto crostini were great! The pear salad and Cesar salad were very tasty. Wine and drinks were well done!! Bravo La Scala! Thanks for a great evening!!
