- SStevenVIPUtah •8 reviews5.0Dined todayI can’t get over how incredible our server was. Elvis immediately acknowledged that we were vegetarians and had accommodations made for even the fixed Valentine’s Day menu. We truly appreciate it. And not to forget, but the food was incredible. I would go back and eat an entire bowl of the beet salataMore infoZaytinya - DCPrice: Expensive• Mediterranean• Penn Quarter•4.7
- DDeborahWashington, D.C. Area •13 reviews5.0Dined todayWe went for Valentine’s Day. We were seated upstairs. A comfy, sleek atmosphere combined with marble floors columns and walls. There’s something goth-esque about the surroundings. Bravo to the Sommelier who knew her Spanish wines. She spent a considerable amount of time helping us choose just the right bottle for the variety of tapas we planned to order. We chose one from almost each category. The raw seafood and seafood choices were our favorites. The octopus was divine! I loved the oxtail croquettas and my boyfriend loved the oysters that came in a can, a nod to smoked oysters in a can (lid and all!). They were truly delicious, delicate with a hint of citrus. The ceviche in the dragon fruit was mind blowing! So delicate and fragrant. It reminds me of the ocean. Dining at Bazaar is an experience for your palate. It is worth the culinary trip. I’ve dined on José Andres’ culinary creations since he arrived on the corner of 7th and E Street’s Jaleos and have followed him as he opens one culinary destination after another. Another diamond!More infoThe Bazaar by José Andrés - DCPrice: Very Expensive• Spanish• Penn Quarter•4.7
- JJaylonWashington, D.C. Area •1 review5.0Dined 1 day agoThe scenery was amazing and I am not exaggerating when I say they had the best wings and mumbo sauce that I have ever had! The service was slightly slow, due to how huge the restaurant was. The restaurant extends down the entire street! Nonetheless, I was pleased with just about everything. I will definitely be back!More infoThe HamiltonPrice: Moderate• American• Downtown•4.7
- MMichaelVIPLondon •4 reviews5.0Dined 3 days agoHad a fantastic meal. Our server Moussine was incredibly knowledgeable, especially about their fantastic wine list, and was attentive without being obtrusive. The food was stellar, especially the steak frites, the peppercorn sauce, the vinaigrette on the house salad, and the profiteroles. If I had to pick a nit, it would be the aspic atop the foie gras mousse…it was somehow both too bland and too tough. The mousse itself was delicious…but we ended up leaving most of the rubbery aspic on the plate. All in all, however, a phenomenal meal, and we will definitely be returning!More infoLa Grande Boucherie - DCPrice: Very Expensive• French• Washington•4.3
- SstewartWashington, D.C. Area •2 reviews5.0Dined 4 days agoThey have had since 1856 to perfect the art of service. They have not wasted a bit of that time. We had a server and he was fantastic. With that, the entire brigade worked as a fantastic machine and supported the goal of quick and perfect service for the guest. I have never had apps arrive so quickly at a restaurant before. I even threw another order in while ordering our main course and it was on the table 2 minutes later. The quality of the food is top notch as well. The roast beef sandwich had a bit of bite on it that was unexpected but definitely not unappreciated. As I was dinning with my 13 year old son tonight, I also appreciated the non alcoholic options on the drink menu. It was great to have a delicious option that wasn't a soda. Overall, this is a MUST for any visit to DC.More infoOld Ebbitt GrillPrice: Moderate• American• Downtown•4.8
