The Republic never disappoints. The entire experience was top notch. Our waiter was the best.

Wonderful Christmas Eve experience. The food, service and atmosphere was superb.

We came in to celebrate a birthday. Our reservation was at 5:30, we were given the “off menu” items and wanted to order one of the items only to be informed that two people at the bar just ordered the last two of the night, and this was the BD guys order. We ordered another off menu item of shrimp, scallops (yuck) over herb risotto, as soon as the plate hit the table it was the worse smell ever. And the dish was not very good. The server Ishmell was FANTASTIC and the drinks,appetizer, and dessert were great. This was about our 4th or 5th time to dine here and I don’t think we will be back.

How to describe? From entry to exit, you are treated to the art of etiquette combined with outstanding food at an outstanding value. This is a rare place, and will become beloved to you as a regular dining destination
