The Ruxton will serve a mix of wet and dry aged prime cuts of Black Angus Beef, as well as dry aging Long Island Duck and Bison from Virginia’s New Frontier Farm in-house. I think the lightning can be a little more brighter in there. I also think the sides they can have more of an option maybe more vegetables and like a rice pilaf.

I went to Bygone for my birthday and I loved it. I will definitely be back. I had the chicken breast, mac and cheese, puree mash potatoes, & the Bygone Buck for a drink ( Moscow mule ). Everything was 10/10 and our waiter was amazing. His drink and menu recommendations were spot on. I believe his name was KC ( not 100% sure ). The restaurant is also BEAUTIFUL and amazing for pictures. I will be back for sure ❤️.
