For more than 20 years, Paolo’s has been bringing the taste of Italy to Kent. Paul Raftis founded the restaurant after growing up learning to cook along side his mother, Darlene Raftis. He enjoys the open kitchen he can chat with guests as he works. He never tires of hearing "It smells so good in here!" As a marathoner, he is living proof that that you can eat Italian and be healthy. In fact, one of his signature dishes, "Fettucine Paolo" was featured in Runner's World magazine. "It's one of the dishes I developed, it has no cream in it, no butter." It's a delicious pasta dish that utilizes olive oil, garlic, chicken stock, garlic, balsamic vinegar, sundried tomatoes, artichokes, and chicken.     The physical layout, design, materials used created a surreal environment. The level of service was top notch in that 7 different people served us over the 2 hours we were there. Live piano player was superb with acoustics and electronics that spread his music throughout the expansive restaurant and bar as gental background music. We had the King Crab Louis and King Salmon. Both were prepared perfectly. Was surprised that Prime rib wasn't on the menu, but every other prime beef was available! We'll make it a regular place to splurge.

    Our server Allie was amazing. We had a large party and she checked in regularly and was very attentive. My son and his friend were entertained for HOURS! Great place to have fun and get out of the rain.

    We went to Muckleshoot for dinner before a concert. This experience was the best I’ve had at this restaurant! The food, service and staff were the best I’ve experienced there. In the past the food was really not as I expected but this night everything was on point!!! Congrats Muckleshoot, I had to give you 5 stars!!! Keep it up!!! It’s what we expect!!!

    The menu selections looked amazing. The actual food was so-so. Just wasn’t flavorful. We ordered appetizers, salad, entree, they all came out within 5 minutes of each other. Disappointed.
