Celebrated my son's 21st Birthday with a set menu for 10 ordering the Wagyu rump drop. Amazing food, value, service and ambience. Staff were excellent - caring, considerate and attentive and made it a successful and joyous event. Venue was gorgeous, classy and felt like a high class resort. Thank you very much to Black Hide - looking forward to dining there again.

Stunning setting, great food and drinks, service was prompt, polite and friendly. The portions are Very Generous. We had a Great time.

The staff were incredibly attentive and accommodating, going above and beyond by providing extra chairs for unexpected guests at our table. The food and drinks were both delicious. The recent renovations have certainly enhanced the space, making it even more stunning. However, it seems that acoustics weren't a major consideration, as the room was very loud.

We love Valetta in Toowoomba. The food is lovely and the setting beautiful. We would recommend to everyone.
