The restaurant has a decent wooden décor, constructed with 300-years old barn wood from Brook Field's farm. Alex Lowe, the executive chef, has prepared a healthy menu for guests in Market Place Kitchen and Bar. Surf and turf is the specialty meal here. It is prepared with pork belly meat braised in duck fat for four hours. It is served with apple marmalade, caramelized scallops and house made kale chips.     I hoped the experience for a birthday for a party of two would have been provided not at a bar table, the noise so very loud we had to text each other to converse. I pointed to the items on the menu after 3 many attempts for the waiter to understand and crowd was way too many stsnding in the aisle and staff could not pass, just not a great spot for intimate party of 2 for a personal birthday dinner. I was truly impressed when I announced my name the hostess said ah yes for the birthday. thank you

    Chuck’s Steak house was a great dining experience! The food was absolutely delicious and the value for the quality was outstanding!!! The owner is very friendly as well as the staff. My husband and I are looking forward to returning. Actually I can’t wait!
