One of the most fantastic meals in Baton Rouge. The detail down to the cutlery, the gifted rose, the curated music, the lighting, the table spacing. 10/10 an amazing date night spot. Seafood dishes were excellent and fresh. Steak wasn’t cooked as ordered, but didn’t matter. The sauce was wonderful. Lobster and crab ravioli was to die for. Could have been plated not in a bowl, maybe in a deep dish plate because cutting them in a bowl was quite a hassle and then fishing them out of the large amount of liquid sauce was messy. But the taste was wonderful. The red velvet cake was a great choice. Cocktails are STRONG and delicious. Will be coming back monthly.

Got reservations early and had dinner there last night. New offerings, same great service. The drink menu remained the same and we started with our standard Cajun French Martinis. We had the baguette appetizer and it rivaled the Baton Rouge Little Village's famous bread. I had the Filet and my wife had the Stuffed Redfish. Both were super good. We finished with the best red velvet cake I have ever had with robust coffee. We look forward to trying the other new items offered by the new chef. The Saint continues to be as good as the best fine dining. Never disappointing.
