Awesome as always! STRONGLY recommend this for locals and those visiting NYC…the latter will really get a great sense of the NYC vibe, whether you are looking for a family-friendly environment or for a day/night out with pals in search of great food and fun cocktails from the Smith’s top shelf mixologists. They really cover all bases with some of the best and warmest service in town (hold the unwarrantedly rude NYC attitude, please!). Just go and see for yourself - you will not be disappointed…CJ

Awesome atmosphere, great food, and the staff was fantastic. Special shout out to Khalid during tea service and Lauren at the bar who made one of the best ever holiday specialty drinks, the “Holiday Spirt”. The doorman was especially helpful while hailing a cab and assisting with our holiday shopping bags.

To be fair, we were a party of 13. Not S&W fault, our table was delayed to due guests who wouldn't leave after paying and we were seated almost an hour after our reservation. The staff was beyond impeccable, but the main course, though delicious, came out warm to cold. Our only complaint. One of my guests, who had ordered lobster, had their dish ice cold and did not eat it at all and S & W graciously removed it from the check. Otherwise, we had a wonderful time.

I met a work colleague from out of town and his wife here for a late Sunday lunch. Nice comfortable atmosphere. The staff made the perfect balance between attentiveness and giving us time to relax and chat. The chicken Caesar salads were tasty and fresh, and the burger was juicy (and disappeared quickly!). Our cappuccinos were beautifully foamy and delicious. All in all, my guests were impressed and very happy that I recommended Copinette, and so was I!
