Restaurants near Beaver Creek Stables

It was a very nice top end experience. Service was great. Food was unique - think foodie. Just not sure price fits - did not hold back but at over $200 per person, not sure it is a regular. More of a want the high end experience special, special night kind of place.

We had the Lamb Chops.....terrific!!! Beaver Creek was very crowded this evening and the Chop House was a perfect spot to have dinner before the concert. Wait staff was very attentive and engaging. We did not have time to stop at the Bar but it was happening.

From the moment we walked in the door, greeted by a true Colorado native, in shorts and flip flops in 6 degree weather and snow 😉, (with owner vibes 😉) we felt as if we were walking into a family home for dinner. We were seated right away (with reservations of course) and each staff member we encountered was friendly and welcoming. The food, oh my goodness, the food was so delicious and fresh! Our server was very knowledgeable about each item on the menu and made terrific recommendations! We are so glad we chose to have dinner at Fattoria for our first night in Colorado! It was an amazing way to start our trip!!

It has been a few years since we last visited Grouse Mountain Grill. We won’t wait that long to return. A new chef has preserved the excellent traditions of the restaurant (Lobster Mascarpone, Pretzel Crusted Pork Chops) and upgraded the quality and variety of the menu as well. A truly amazing meal! We dined quite early and as a result the restaurant was very quiet but picking up steam when we left. Thanks for the great meal!
