We had a wonderful server, great drinks and delicious food. Beautiful view outside and great ambience. We did the bottomless drinks at brunch and it was well worth it. Ordered many appetizers to share and everything we ordered was really good (ceviche, spicy tuna rice cakes, calamari etc. and we ordered eggs Benedict’s, burgers, steak and eggs etc.). Our server was very attentive and even the hostess at the beginning was very kind and pleasant. All staff made us feel welcomed and kept us happy. Thank you! Will definitely be back.

We were a party of 11 booked for Christmas dinner. Our original reservation had us in an undesirable spot within the restaurant compared to what I normally sit within the restaurant. We met with the manager to give him our feedback on the seating. He immediately surveyed what was available and moved our party to an available private room with two other large parties. It was perfect. The manager was very considerate of our continued patronage to Bourbon but also the day’s importance being Christmas Day. We are most grateful and they will definitely see us for future dinners to come.

Getting to the restaurant was a little confusing. There’s not a street view of the hotel nor is there a big sign saying “ enter to access hotel. For parking you either have to do $22 valet or scour for the beach access parking which ends at 7pm. Once you enter the hotel, you have to get a wristband to signify you’re going to the restaurant. The rooftop is GORGEOUS! Beautiful view of the city and beach. Even the pool is very picturesque! I went at night and they have warmers and blankets to keep you warm. The inside seating isn’t bad. The restaurant is surrounded by glass windows so you still get a nice view from inside. Now the food and drinks. The drinks were delicious and balanced. Good amount of alcohol without disqualifying the flavor of the cocktails. My friend and I got the lobster and short rib ravioli. ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS! However, there were literally 8 silver dollar size raviolis on those plates. 😑 We literally left and got more food elsewhere. between the price and the service fee, they definitely could give better serving sizes! With the quality and taste of the food and drinks, I’d probably comeback and try the brunch. The cocktails are a bit overpriced, but it’s what you expect from a fancy-ish restaurant. Either strategize your come during the brunch and happy hour to save some money, or be prepared to blow a bag. My friend and I spent $125 each on an entree, 2 cocktails and valet.

The food and service was excellent! Pricey for sure but worth the experience.
