Restaurants near Bataan Park

We had to wait at least 30 minutes or more before the server gave us water and bread. I honestly thought she had forgotten about us. Turns out they were short staffed and she was handling too many customers at a time. My order wasn’t right (ordered chicken but got fish). This is the second time this has happened. I love Cooper’s Hawk but y’all need to get yourselves together

This neighborhood restaurant rivals any experience downtown! The staff is very attentive and friendly. We have so many menu favorites. For an appetizer, the ropa vieja with a side of guacamole and an order of queso fundido are delicious and a great way to start your meal. The mole sauce on the chicken enchiladas is excellent paired with a side of elote. Other entree favorites are the carne asada, barbacoa tocos and fire roasted shrimp. I love this Mexican restaurant with a Latin influence!

We all ordered Prime Rib. Cooked perfectly. Miguel & Kelly were very friendly and attentive. It's nice to be able to carry on a conversation. Most restaurants these days are so loud.

The Date Night menu is perfect. Solid choices, great value. We go a couple of times a year to this friendly little place.

Nice experience!! Great vibe and nicely decorated. The employees made you feel like you were really dining out at an expensive restaurant with their service. My daughters (14) enjoyed it as well!
