We had an amazing meal! The standouts were definitely the yellowtail crudo and the sausage stuffed figs. Some of the best bites in Omaha! We also had the 4 spread sampler plate, and the labmeh is amazing. Our Branzino was overcooked, but still very flavorful and enjoyable. The crispy potatoes were nice as well. I would highly recommend their Sangria to pair with the meal. So many wonderful flavors! We will definitely be back

The food is always excellent. Outstanding salads and entries. The duck and risotto are both wonderful. And the ambience is very good; quiet enough with enough separation from other diners so that you can actually visit with your guests. I take my wife there every year for Valentines Day (and for my birthday).

My new favorite date night restaurant in Omaha. I am from the central East Coast and the Maryland Crab Bisque was incredible. Cocktails were amazing and of course, the steak had the perfect char and done-ness. So happy that we chose J. Gilbert’s, they made us feel like special guests!

My girlfriend and I had an excellent experience here for our date night wonderful ambiance, excellent food and friendly service. I am particularly picking about hollandaise sauce but the one they serve with the asparagus as a side for the filet mignon was one of the best I’ve ever had at a restaurant. Would recommend 10/10 to anyone.
