Service was great. Brussel-sprouts appetizer (with duck confit and dehydrated bing cherries) was amazingly delicious. Jalapeno hush puppies appetizer were surprisingly good as well. The shrimp scampi (to which we added scallops) and the scallops special were both excellent. The servings were so large we had to bring all but the hush puppies (which don't reheat well anyway) home for leftovers! We also enjoyed the "Simpler Thyme" (zero-proof) drinks, to the point where we had five of them (sharing the fifth). If only we'd had room for dessert!

Fantastic dinner and excellent service. We did kind of a family style with lots of the appetizers. All of the food was tasty and well cooked! It was perfect! They were a little late in seating us from our reservation time so fave us a round of drinks and complimentary appetizer! So great! We loved it!

Went on a slow Tuesday, so it was pretty quiet. I imagine weekends and peak season it could be noisier since it is a very open space. Food was fantastic...Solid burger and excellent Shrimp & Grits. Big portions too for a resort town. Service was quick and friendly, but it was a little confusing who our actual server was. We had like 4 or 5 people come to the table to help us. Not a big deal, just odd. With the good food, excellent value, and convenient location, this is going to become one of our go-to options in Breckenridge.

Aurum provides an outstanding example of a great restaurant. Their seamless service was excellent. They were completely attentive, but not overbearing. The food was spot on: excellent presentation and perfectly prepared. The tastes on every dish were perfect, including some amazing flavors. The ambience was wonderful and not too loud. Overall we had a wonderful experience and cannot wait to return.
