Restaurants near Balsam Lake Provincial Park

Came from toronto and me and my partner stopped here for dinner and I would say this is the best keg I've ever been to. The service was outstanding! Such a great job over all and very personable. Will be coming back when I'm in peterborough!!

I love dining at St Germans. I have been staying at the resort for 6 nights and have been dining there every night. Service is fantastic. Food is delicious. Price is great and quality is amazing. I recommend it to everyone.

I loved the atmosphere of the restaurant as soon as I walked in! We had fantastic service from being shown to our table until leaving. Our server was very pleasant and knowledgeable about the menu. I love this idea of shared dining instead of ordering a ready made plate. The steak we ordered was cooked perfectly and our chosen sides were delicious. I don't remember the name of the beet and cheese dish but I literally wiped it clean with the bread loaf that came with it! And we finished it off with sticky toffee pudding. Best of all, we weren't rushed. Along with our cocktails, the price was very reasonable. (We were celebrating our wedding anniversary so they also gave us complimentary champagne - that was lovely) That was my first time there as it was recommended by my son and I will definitely be going back!

This restaurant never fails to satisfy my family. Shout out to the beautifully charred caesar salad and the fantastic service. Higher end pricing but well worth it for the quality and amount of food.
