Great food & excellent service in a reaaly nice setting.

My husband and I went there for our 25th anniversary. It was our first time dining there and we were absolutely blown away. Our server was so professional and accommodating and kind. The steak was the best we had ever eaten. Overall, the entire experience was just fantastic. Highly recommend.

We had a nice dinner, tucked back by the cave. Tony took great care of us. We ordered the Wood Plank Salmon with Pan Asian sauce and the Hanger Steak special. Both were delicious. We will definitely be back.

This was our second visit to Kai. We dined here on a night when things were running slow, which was a little irritating, however they were apologetic and there was a mess up in the kitchen that delayed getting an entree and they made it right for us by offering a quick substitution and comping something for us. I am glad they recognized the error and did their best to correct it. The drinks and sushi were very good. I would come again, as I think we caught them on a night when things were abnormally behind.

Excellent service. Not a huge menu but good assortment. It was elegant but not pretentious.
