The meal and overall experience was fantastic. Flavors were uniquely curated and matched together with amazing balance. The Catfish and Eel pairing was a delightful creamy smokiness with the feel of an elevated fish chowder. The Venison was fantastic. Cooked perfectly and paired with a tart cranberry sauce.
