The Scott family has always been extremely involved in the local community, including local government. The restaurant is named after John-Thomas' 12 year old daughter, Parker.     Brandon was an excellent server. He was training another server and his attention to both ensuring a quality customer experience as well as an effective employee training was apparent. The salmon was fantastic, and the spinach + artichoke dip was a great start. If you’re around during the holidays, ask about the off menu egg nog cocktail!
