The Story of Josephine’sThe story of Josephine’s begins during our executive chef Daniel LeBoon’s childhood. At eight years old, working for his father’s catering company, Daniel discovered a passion for food. This love — and undeniable talent — saw him intern at Philadelphia’s prestigious Le Bec-Fin. He went on to work in Paris at the venerable Hotel Vernet working under the renowned chef’s Alain Solvere and Alain Ducasse. Hadn’t been to Pairings for a few years-it’s not that close to us. Worth the trip! Loved the food & live music as well as the ‘shrimp & grits!’ Always good wine choices. Great service too.

Went to celebrate our anniversary. Really enjoyed the atmosphere. Prices were a bit high for what you get but that’s everywhere. Could have used some Italian music to compliment the beautiful surroundings.
