Te Au Moana, translated as “the ocean tide,” has always been a constant throughout Oceania, connecting our islands, peoples, and generations. Our Polynesian ancestors traversed these ocean tides for ages and revered them for their life-sustaining properties. Their stories, which spoke of their expert skills in fishing, gathering, and voyaging, demonstrated the tremendous depths of knowledge and respect they had to the Earth and its elements. As Hawaii’s premier entertainment company, Tihati Productions endeavors to bring these stories to life at Te Au Moana: The Ocean Tide. We invite you to dine as the ocean sits peacefully before you, as it has for thousands of years. We ask you to dance under the Maui skies; the moon and stars await you, and we hope that you discover all the fascinating stories at Te Au Moana: The Ocean Tide, a spectacular lūʻau experience like no other!$265 Adults Ages 13 and Older$82.50 Children Ages 6 – 12Free Toddlers Ages 0-5 *Must be book

We live down the street and go there once or twice a month. The absolute best dish imho is the surf and turf (lobster). Service is good although they always seat us at the same table. I don’t know why and I haven’t asked yet…

For starters, the lady at the front desk was super nice to both my wife and I. It was my wife’s birthday so we wasted no time and started with drinks (drinks hit the spot). The food was magnificent, the ambience was perfect especially for both me and wife being that we haven’t had a date night in quite a while. Everything was perfect and couldn’t have asked for more. Thank you Ka’ana Kitchen staff!

You are seated with a small group with your own bartender who is tailoring your food/drink experience. Pretty special. The three plates equate to more than enough food for us for dinner. We were fed delicious beef w/ mushrooms, tender octopus, lovely seared ahi, kanpachi crudo, and delicious cocktails. The cilantro based cocktail served with the octopus was very memorable. Very highly recommend trying it out.
