From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm and inviting, setting the stage for a fantastic evening. The food was absolutely delicious—each dish was crafted with precision and flavor, showcasing the talent behind the kitchen. Every bite was a delight, and it’s clear that Chef Tobias has created something truly special. A huge shoutout to the bartenders, Mayo and Stephon! They were incredible—not only did they craft amazing drinks, but their energy and hospitality made the night even more memorable. Their cocktails were top-notch, and their friendly, engaging service really set the bar high. I will definitely be back, and I highly recommend 1123 to anyone looking for a great dining and bar experience. Five stars all the way!More info1123 By Chef TobiasPrice: Very Expensive• Fusion / Eclectic• Hyattsville•4.5

The deboned roasted Sea Bass was tasty with two sauces (brown butter and black pepper) were perfect, but the cockles were tiny. Drinks were not fancy but of good value. Service was outstanding our server Ebon made us feel pampered.More infoCordelia FishbarPrice: Very Expensive• Seafood• Washington•4.7
- TTANDRAWashington, D.C. Area •3 reviews5.0Dined 3 days agoWe had an amazing Chef’s Table experience at Huncho House last night! We were able to see all of the dishes as they were being prepared and interact with the chefs. Everyone was so cool and the energy was really positive! The food…next level delicious and plated beautifully! We couldn’t decide on just 2 entrees so we ordered 3. For appetizers, we had the crab topped charbroiled oysters and cheesesteak eggrolls. For entrees, we had the Red Snapper, Jerk Short Rib and Seafood Fried Rice with shrimp added. We ordered regular Mac n Cheese and Brussel Sprouts as our sides. Every dish was cooked to perfection and so flavorful! The sauce on that snapper was CRAZY good! Sweet and spicy. Short rib was tender and tasty! The fried rice had salmon on top as well and was a filling dish! The drinks were mixed very well too. We felt special and got individual attention for our whole stay. The chef’s table experience was very worth it! As an added bonus, the owner Tobias Dorzon came in as we were wrapping up our meal. It was cool to have him come through as he continues to recover! Blessings to him for continued healing! We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.More infoHuncho HousePrice: Very Expensive• Fusion / Eclectic• Hyattsville•4.5
- IIsaacToronto / Ontario •1 review5.0Dined 4 days agoMy wife and I had the pleasure of meeting Chef Lee, who was incredibly kind and took the time to personally greet everyone. The staff were just as welcoming, demonstrating excellent communication and attentiveness. The atmosphere struck a perfect balance between modern elegance and cozy warmth. The course meal exceeded all expectations—each dish was thoughtfully designed with exceptional taste, creativity, and a seamless flow of service. The alcohol pairing was also expertly curated, enhancing the overall experience. What stood out most was Chef Lee’s dedication to sustainability in his restaurant. I recommend visiting the website prior to your visit to understand his intent with the non-profit org. His vision is truly inspiring, and I deeply respect his ambition. Highly recommended to everyone. - IsaacMore infoSHIA RestaurantPrice: Very Expensive• Korean• Washington•4.9
